ResponsibilitiesLead Food Service Worker duties include assisting staff in the absence of the immediate supervisor, helping ensure a safe work environment, and ensuring employees take appropriate breaks. You will help ensure the work gets done by serving as a valued leader among peers. In this role, you will ensure critical duties are assigned and completed during each shift and model professional behavior at all times.
As part of the team, you will oversee proper assembly, service of foods, sanitation, and safety of service in all utility areas of the department. This is a significant responsibility and requires consistent leadership during shifts.

Minimum Requirements- 1+ year experience in the food service industry
- 1+ year Lead or Supervisory experience
- Read, write and speak English at a minimum 6th grade level. Follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate basic high school level computational skills
- Must be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated
Pay Range: $17.25-$25.00. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
