Location: City of Albany
Job Description
- Utilize multiple data sources, assist with the use of variance analysis to validate the data used for Hospital and Long-Term Care (LTC) providers COVID-19 statistics.
- Maintain and improve LTC contact databases used for COVID-19 ad hoc requests and daily activities.
- Run and consolidate ad hoc reports used by DOH staff to prioritize COVID-19 survey follow up with LTC providers.
- Run and maintain data pipelines that feed the OALTC Data Lake.
- Research, create, and maintain documentation on data assets.
- Work with ITS to ensure software and hardware is installed in a timely manner on DAIS employee devices as needed.
- Data analysis and duties as needed to assist in COVID-19 response and other OALTC functions.
- Train DOH staff on data tools and best practices.
- Special assignments and projects as assigned.
