• End Date: April 5, 2026
• Duration: 13‑week contract
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10‑hour day shifts)

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,450 - $2,580 (competitive travel nursing pay)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (or eligibility) — NY RN license required for placement
• Experience in Operating Room (OR) nursing
• Clinical experience with cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries
• Experience in pediatric OR/PACU, thoracic surgery, surgical pathology, or sub‑acute settings is a plus
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations as required

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care to surgical patients across pre-, intra-, and post‑operative phases
• Assist in complex surgical cases and support surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly to emergencies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital policies and perioperative protocols
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments, sterile fields, and OR equipment according to standards
• Participate in on‑call rotations and support unit staffing needs as required
