• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2020 - $2130 per week

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in Neuro-Progressive, Stepdown, or ICU settings
• Epic EMR experience required (Epic documentation and charting)
• Ability to pass a Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills
• Travel nurse experience or prior PCU/stepdown assignment preferred

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) patients with a focus on neurological and stepdown care
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, interventions, and progress using Epic EMR
• Manage care for patients requiring telemetry, neuro monitoring, and stepped-down critical care services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, case managers) to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition; initiate appropriate interventions and escalate when necessary
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, medications, and post-discharge instructions
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality standards for PCU/stepdown nursing
