📌 Position Overview

Job Title:

Travel RN – Neuro Progressive Care (Nights)

Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Weekends:
Every Other

Rotating

🚨 Critical Requirements

• MUST have Neuro-Progressive / Neuro Stepdown or ICU experience

• Minimum 2 years RN experience

• Epic experience – REQUIRED

• Must complete Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer

• Navy Blue scrubs required

• No local candidates (AMC county restrictions apply)
🏥 Unit Profile

• Neuro Progressive Care / Stepdown level acuity

• High-acuity neuro population

• Likely stroke, seizure, post-craniotomy, ICP monitoring, neuro drips

• Nights position
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong candidates will have:

• Recent Neuro Stepdown or Neuro ICU experience (within last 12 months)

• Experience with:
- Stroke protocols
- Post-tPA monitoring
- Neuro assessments (NIHSS proficiency preferred)
- ICP monitoring
- Seizure management

• Comfortable on nights

• Prior travel experience preferred

• Epic charting proficiency
