• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg (medical-surgical) nursing experience
• Experience using Epic EMR required
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and function as a dependable night shift RN
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary care

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg Rehab unit
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition, changes, and care plans using Epic EMR
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and safe discharge instructions
• Follow facility policies, clinical protocols, and safety standards for patient care
