Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – 13-week travel nursing assignment in Albany, NY. Night shift travel nurse opportunity in an academic medical center;
Epic EMR experience and telemetry nursing skills required. Estimated weekly pay $2,130–$2,250.

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) — Night Shift Telemetry Nursing
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 – $2,250
- Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs required
- EMR System: Epic (Epic EMR experience required)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (required)
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital with a passing competency testing score, OR 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (no testing required)
- Epic EMR experience required (Epic experience preferred for travel nursing jobs)
- Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of submission (sent via email)
- Must be able to wear navy blue scrubs per hospital policy
- Local candidates from ineligible counties are not being accepted
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit (medical-surgical nursing, acute care)
- Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and timely clinical interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (physicians, RRTs, allied health) to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic EMR
- Float to other nursing units as needed to support patient care and staffing needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment following hospital policies and clinical protocols
