RN Supervisors needed for Acute Hospitals:
Samaritan ED;
Samaritan Emergency;
St Peters Observation. The role focuses on leading and mentoring within a dynamic Emergency Department team, collaborating with providers, nurses, and patient care technicians to improve patient care, throughput, and staff engagement.

Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with the manager for the planning, priority setting, coordination and evaluation of programs for patient care in designated patient populations. This includes the daily monitoring of administrative and clinical systems which support patient care. The Supervisor facilitates collegial relationships between care teams, supplements staff, and collaborates with leadership staff in assuring adequate staffing is achieved throughout the division.
The Supervisor supports, plans, implements, and evaluates program goals and supports policies of St. Peter’s Health Partners to assure Patient Focused Care.
NL I – supervising:
Frontline, department-based, direct or indirect healthcare department / program; formally supervises daily operations of charge nurses, professional and frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of the assigned department; may be accountable for staff coordination, scheduling and assignment or throughput; participates in performance management / review processes; contributes to daily performance and regulatory compliance; implements departmental plans and priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment.
- Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Leadership experience and/or other experience / licensure / certifications aligned with area of responsibility and assignment.
$41.75 - $58.20 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary within the stated range based on location.
