Salary Range: $130,000–$140,000

We’re looking for a visionary Area Nursing Administrator to take the reins in shaping safe, high-quality, and compassionate care delivery across our home infusion teams. As the Area Nursing Administrator, you’ll oversee clinical excellence across multiple branches by:

• Guiding Nursing Teams:
  Assess staffing needs, support local hiring efforts, and ensure all clinicians are trained, competent, and thriving.

• Championing Quality:
  Monitor, audit, and refine nursing practices to meet (and exceed) compliance standards and accreditation benchmarks.

• Building Culture:
  Foster strong partnerships with Directors of Nursing, promote open communication, and maintain a positive and professional environment across branches.

• Driving Results:
  Develop and manage budgets, guide strategic decisions, and influence operational outcomes.

• Mentoring & Growing Talent:
  Provide leadership development for local nurse managers and cultivate a pipeline of strong clinical leaders.

• Being the Anchor:
  Serve as the go-to resource for emergent clinical issues, ensuring continuous quality care and team support.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted license

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Master’s preferred (or 10+ years RN experience + supervisory background)
