As the Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Oversight of medication administrationQuarterly nursing assessments of all individuals on caseloadOversight of medical/clinical case management for the individuals living in the residences, including interacting with community providers, and communicating medical/nursing needs/orders to other members of the teamTraining unlicensed assistive personnel on the medical/nursing/clinical needs of the individuals, and providing direction and education on how to meet those needsUsing agency's electronic medical record system for documentation purposesRegistered Nurse Minimum Salary: $73,944/year
Registered Nurse Maximum Salary: $73,944/year
Registered Nurse Schedule: M-F flexible schedule, NO on-call expectations, NO evenings, NO weekends, NO mandating, and ALL our 17 observed holidays off
Qualifications:
A current NYS Registered Nurse licensure and registration, with a minimum of one-year post-licensure experienceValid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportationOne year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferredWe value work-life balance and offer some stellar benefits:
