• Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare (Clifton Park, NY)
• Eddy Village Green Cohoes (Cohoes, NY)
• Eddy Heritage House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Troy, NY)
• Our Lady of Mercy Life Center (Guilderland, NY)
• St. Peter's Nursing & Rehab Center (Albany, NY)
• Eddy Village Green Beverwyck (Slingerlands, NY)
• Eddy Senior Living Communities (Multiple locations in the Capital Region)

• Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse
• Assist with treatments and procedures and carry out selected duties within the established nursing plan of care

• Collaborate with RNs to collect data and determine priorities in resident care
• Contribute to the plan of care through effective communication with the healthcare team
• Comply with nursing policies, procedures, and standards to provide safe, quality care
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families

• Current NYS LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate approach to elder care
• Prior experience in long-term care (preferred but not required)

Pay range: $24.00 - $31.10/hour

(Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.)
