Full‑time, three 13.5‑hour shifts starting at 4:30 am;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Pay ranges from $33.25–$47.41 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis; assess and communicate changes with physician and family.
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
• Additional tasks as requested.

• Ability to problem‑solve.

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
• DCI provides 3‑month comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skill training.
