ScheduleFull‑time, three 13.5‑hour shifts starting at 4:30 am;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
Pay ranges from $33.25–$47.41 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

- Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
- Monitor patients during dialysis; assess and communicate changes with physician and family.
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
- Document required patient education efforts.
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
- Lead a small patient care team.
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
- Additional tasks as requested.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated clinical excellence.
- Desire to collaborate with care teams.
- Ability to problem‑solve.
- Accredited nursing degree required.
- Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
- DCI provides 3‑month comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skill training.
