Community Care Urology - Registered Nurse
Position Type: Full‑time
Hours: Monday – Thursday 7‑am – 5:30‑pm, 7‑am – 4‑pm, or 4:30‑pm; or Monday – Friday 7‑am – 3:30‑pm
Location: Albany, NY
Salary: $32.00 – $45.00 per hour, plus potential overtime

Recruitment Bonus: Up to $3,500
Responsibilities- Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
- Record information into patient records accurately, legibly, and on time.
- Assess vital signs and reason for each patient visit.
- Triage patient phone calls: collect data, analyse symptoms, and create a documented care plan.
- Prepare patients for visits per office/provider requirements.
- Assist physicians with in‑office surgical procedures.
Registered Nurse licensure in NY; experience in urology or outpatient settings preferred.
