--0 [CNA / Health Aide] As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Teresian House, you'll:
Follow instructions listed on the individual resident's assigned care card/care plan when providing any care;
Provide personal care to the Residents by giving bed baths, tub baths, and showers;
Assist the Residents with dressing, oral hygiene, nails, hair care and shaving and documents in real time;
Take, observe, and record temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, and weights when assigned;
Document and give report to LPN/RN concerning changes in condition of assigned Residents.
