Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Delmar Internal Medicine, Community Care Physicians – Albany, NY
We are seeking a full‑time licensed practical nurse to provide high‑quality patient care in our outpatient practice.
Employment type: Full‑time (40 hours per week)
Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Compensation: $26.00 – $33.00 per hour; eligible for overtime pay; potential $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus.

Responsibilities- Administer and record vaccines.
- Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
- Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
- Maintain timely patient flow.
- Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
- Obtain specimens (e.g., urine, blood) from patients as directed by the provider.
- Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
- Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (e.g. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations).
- Process patient prescriptions.
- Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.
