Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks

🏥 Unit & Assignment Details

• Unit:
Critical Care Float Pool

• Shift: Nights

• Floating across Adult ICU areas based on experience

🩺 Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of staff ICU experience (travel experience does not count toward this requirement)

• Prior experience preferably in a Level 1 Trauma Center

• Must have experience in:
- Cardiac ICU
- Surgical ICU
- Neuro ICU

• Ability to manage high-acuity, complex ICU patients

🧠 Advanced Skills Required

• Strong critical care skill set to manage advanced patient complexity and ICU equipment

📜 Certifications

• CCRN:
Strongly encouraged

📝 Reference Requirement

• Supervisor reference required from time worked as a staff RN
