Job Description Summary

The Clinical Nurse contributes to creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Recognizes and appreciates that each employee’s work is valuable and contributes to the success of the Mission.

Salary Range:

$33.00 - $33.99

Job Responsibilities:

Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document treatment as required by policies and regulations.

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.

Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care decisions.

Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.

Administer medications as ordered.

Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.

Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards.
