The Enterprise Project Manager plays an integral role in the organization’s EPMO by providing exceptional project management. Working in a complex and dynamic environment, the role involves responsibility for project management, coaching, measurement, and coordination across different initiatives. The Project Manager ensures project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track and communicates any risks.
