Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycles, ensuring timely and successful delivery

* Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans

* Coordinate across teams to maintain alignment and resolve roadblocks

* Facilitate status meetings, document progress, and report milestones to leadership

* Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

* Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and project execution

* Ensure all projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget

Qualifications

* 3+ years of project management experience

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience with project management tools

* Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments

* PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Loudonville, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
