Job SummaryThe Project Manager will lead NYSDOT’s ETO and STICC operations, ensuring 24/7/365 readiness, staff oversight, incident tracking, compliance, and strong NYSDOT liaison communication.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s (required), Master’s (preferred).
- 7+ years transportation/emergency operations; 3+ years managing 24/7 environments.
- FEMA ICS 100, 200, 700, 800 (required), PMP (preferred).
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and compliance.
- Oversee training, SOP adherence, and incident tracking via Ezelogs.
- Serve as NYSDOT’s primary point of contact.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives.
