Are you an experienced operations leader ready to take a growing company to the next level? At The Brothers that just do Gutters, our Operations Manager ensures that field crews, scheduling, materials, and customer service run efficiently, while supporting a culture of excellence and growth.

• Oversee daily operations for multiple field crews, including scheduling, project flow, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan resource allocation and meet company goals.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, on-time completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Support and mentor crew leaders and supervisors to develop future leaders.
• Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards across all projects.
• Work with sales, installation, and shop teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• 5+ years of experience managing operations, preferably in construction, exterior services, or trades.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement processes.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to building a positive team culture and mentoring employees.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites regularly.
