Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager in Albany, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
Responsibilities Include- Maintain a safe and organized work site.
- Ensure project deadlines are maintained.
- Oversee numerous teams within a project lifecycle.
- Assess project scope with the application of specifications and technical illustrations.
- Maintain consistent client communications, ensuring alignment of project objectives.
- Ensure correspondence is thoroughly documented.
- Coordinate the work of numerous contractors and ensure they work within established regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for general technical guidance.
- OSHA 30 Certification is required.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in building construction, subcontractor management, leading a team, CMU buildings, and foundations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- It is preferred that a candidate has experience with large projects and new ground up buildings.
- Ability to lead various teams effectively.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
