Superintendent, Maintenance​/Cleaning

• Maintain the physical condition of the entire property.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Maintain relationships with other team members and residents, suppliers, vendors, and professionals servicing the company or property.
• Diagnose and perform all minor, major, and routine maintenance.
• Handle inventory.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and safety protocols are established and met.
• Report to Regional Director of Maintenance.

• Minimum 3 years full‑time maintenance experience.
• Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and various appliances.
• Willingness to perform tasks required and to learn and grow.
• Confident, positive attitude, good communication skills, and an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• Must be able to pass a 5‑year background check. Drug testing is also conducted.
