We are seeking a senior-level Intellectual Property Attorney to lead and expand a sophisticated trademark-focused practice serving domestic and international clients.

• Advise clients on trademark protection strategy, conduct clearance searches, and prosecute U.S. trademark applications
• Manage and coordinate international trademark portfolios with foreign counsel
• Handle trademark enforcement matters, including cease and desist letters and anti-counterfeiting efforts
• Manage trademark oppositions and appear before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
• Draft and negotiate licensing and other intellectual property-related transactional agreements
• Support mergers and acquisitions by handling trademark, brand, and domain name diligence
• Appear before U.S. federal courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office
• Supervise and mentor an associate and a team of paralegals
• Drive practice growth through client development and cross-practice collaboration

• 10+ years of experience in intellectual property law with a strong trademark focus
• Deep expertise in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, and anti-counterfeiting
• Experience with licensing and intellectual property-related transactional agreements
• Litigation experience before federal courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office
• Demonstrated leadership in client service, team development, and practice growth
• Portable book of business and existing intellectual property client portfolio preferred
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across practice areas
