Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Partner Level Attorney to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Draft substantive complaints, motions, oppositions, correspondence and other pleadings for contested matters.
• Draft and respond to interrogatories, subpoenas and document requests.
• Draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and irrevocable life insurance trusts.
• Implement strategies to increase profitability and firm performance.
• Act as the senior partner on matters.
• Represent the firm at internal and external events.

Qualifications:

• A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• A license to practice law in New York State is a must.
• Must have a portable book of business.
• Strong research and writing skills are required.
