Systems Administrator
Position Summary
Business Analyst will support critical program initiatives by gathering business requirements, analyzing workflows, creating data models, and developing business intelligence solutions. This role requires extensive experience with Cognos, SQL, and complex analytics, along with strong communication skills and domain expertise in social services or similar fields.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft SharePoint environments to ensure high availability, stability, and security.
- Manage Windows Server (2016–2025) environments, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee Active Directory administration, including user/group management, permissions, and security policies.
- Maintain and support Microsoft Suite applications within enterprise environments.
- Use Service Now for Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Project Task management.
- Perform vulnerability management, patch compliance, and security remediation activities.
- Provide administration and support for People Soft or Documentum systems.
- Develop and automate solutions using Power Shell, API, and XML scripting.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and security teams to address system needs, enhancements, and escalations.
- Prepare documentation, technical guides, and system configuration reports.
- 7 years of Windows Server Administration
- 7 years of Active Directory Administration
- 4 years of Microsoft Suite Administration
- 4 years of Service Now Operations experience (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog Requests, Project Tasks)
- 4 years of vulnerability management and patch compliance
- 4 years of SharePoint Administration
- 4 years of People Soft or Documentum Administration
- 4 years with Power Shell, API development, and XML scripting

Compensation: $66.80 per hour
