DescriptionSpecific duties include:
- Technical design, development, testing, and tuning of the comprehensive MS access/oracle databases.
- Interaction with users to troubleshoot problems and gather requirements.
- Track and document changes to functional and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and thoroughly test all enhancements, interfaces, workflow, reports, and perform data conversion.
- Assist with the development of training related to the access database implementation for users
- 72 months of experience gathering, documenting and tracking changes of functional and technical requirements for development and maintenance of advanced Access/Oracle Databases.
- 84 months of experience gathering requirements and developing and testing customized queries in MS Access/Oracle.
- 84 months of experience gathering requirements and developing and testing customized reports in MS Access/Oracle
- 72 months of experience application maintenance, troubleshooting and support for MS Access/Oracle systems.
- 48 months of experience working directly on the Affordable Care Act (ACA at the NYS health exchange or other state or Federal health exchanges
