We are seeking an experienced and visionary Insurance Industry Leader to guide the digital transformation of the world’s leading insurance carriers and brokers. This executive role focuses on establishing Google Cloud as the premier platform for the insurance sector to innovate, manage risk, and reinvent the customer journey through the strategic application of Data, AI, and agentic technologies.

You will help insurers modernize core platforms, create data‑driven products, automate processes, and build resilient, customer‑centric business models. You will bring deep industry expertise, regulatory knowledge, and a compelling vision for how cloud technology can securely redefine the future of insurance.

• Strategic Industry Leadership:
  Chief architect and driver of Google Cloud’s go‑to‑market strategy for the global insurance industry, spanning Property & Casualty, Life & Annuity, and Reinsurance. Champion the insurance customer’s needs—underwriting transformation, claims automation, regulatory compliance—into actionable strategies for product, engineering, and security teams.
• Insurance Transformation and Modernization:
  Trusted advisor to C‑suite executives at strategic clients, guiding ambitious transformation programs. Lead the development of cutting‑edge solutions using Google Cloud to reinvent core functions—modernize legacy policy administration and claims systems, enable data‑driven underwriting with advanced risk models, create personalized digital distribution channels, and launch new products based on real‑time data.
• Data, AI, and Risk Innovation:
  Champion Google’s Data and AI platforms to solve complex insurance challenges—break down data silos, create unified risk platforms, adopt AI for risk modeling, automated claims processing, fraud detection, dynamic pricing, and customer retention. Drive responsible use of generative AI and intelligent agents in service and underwriting.
• Security, Compliance, and Trust:
  Ultimate champion for security and regulatory compliance. Shape Google Cloud’s strategy to meet rigorous global regulatory requirements (NAIC, Solvency II, PRA, EIOPA). Work with CROs, CISOs, auditors, and regulators to demonstrate data security and sovereignty for mission‑critical systems.
• Ecosystem and Thought Leadership:
  Build and cultivate a world‑class ecosystem of partners—core platform vendors, Insur Tech startups, data providers, and system integrators. Represent Google Cloud at industry events, engage analysts, and articulate a vision for a secure, intelligent, data‑driven future of insurance.
