Job Description- 72 months of experience gathering, documenting and tracking changes of functional and technical requirements for development and maintenance of advanced Access/Oracle Databases.
- 84 months of experience gathering requirements and developing and testing customized queries in MS Access/Oracle.
- 84 months of experience gathering requirements and developing and testing customized reports in MS Access/Oracle
- 72 months of experience application maintenance, troubleshooting and support for MS Access/Oracle systems.
- 48 months of experience working directly on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) at the NYS health exchange or other state or Federal health exchanges

DetailedJob Description
New York State of Health (NYSoH) is New York's official health plan marketplace established by Executive Order No. 42. The temporary personnel services requested are needed to support the on‑going design and development of information technology systems consistent with enrollment goals and federal and state law and rules.
The IT Specialist will work closely with New York State of Health (NYSoH) plan management program staff to provide technical expertise for the creation and development of comprehensive access/oracle data bases for product plan offerings and consumer complaints.
