We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant who will support our NYS client with the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules while developing integrations and custom reports to meet client business requirements. This role will be responsible for administering business processes, providing technical expertise on Workday's system architecture, and supporting implementation activities including testing, training, and documentation. The ideal candidate for this role will be proficient in Workday's platform and tools, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective system solutions.
Duties
:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules across HCM, Talent, Recruiting, and Finance to meet organizational needs and compliance requirements.
- Develop integrations and custom reports using Workday tools to enable data flow between systems and support business analytics.
- Administer business processes including workflows, approvals, and notifications to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide technical and functional expertise by leveraging knowledge of Workday's database structure to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
- Support implementation and maintenance activities including requirements gathering, testing, system updates, user training, and documentation.
Mandatory Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field (or additional 5+ years of relevant experience)
- 5+ years of experience supporting Workday ERP platform development (or 10+ years of relevant experience if substituting degree)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Administrator
- 5+ years of experience of HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Finance
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Integrations platform and tools
- 5+ years of experience writing reports in Workday
- 5+ years of demonstrating knowledge of Workday OODB Object Model
