Responsibilities- Provide technical support for the Capital Region Branches including Clifton Park, Colonie, Green Island, Guilderland, Halfmoon, Latham, Malta, Niskayuna, and Rotterdam, NY.
- Hardware and software deployment and troubleshooting
- Support for new branch builds
- Equipment relocation as needed
- Conference room support (MTR rooms)
- Collaborate closely with other IT teams and the retail team
