You Will- Support design and delivery of AI strategy engagements
- Lead work streams on opportunity identification and prioritization
- Develop strategic deliverables (roadmaps, frameworks, playbooks)
- Conduct interviews, analysis, and opportunity framing
- Facilitate working sessions across business and technical teams
- Draft narratives, visualizations, and investment recommendations
- Contribute to firm IP, reusable templates, and client stories
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or AI advisory
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise AI or data transformation programs
- A minimum of 5 years of experience translating between business, data, and technology teams
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one industry (e.g., Retail, Health, Tech, Energy, Banking)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one domain (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, IT)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience at top-tier consulting or boutique AI firm
- Billable utilization
- Client satisfaction and repeat business
- Contribution to practice IP and internal capability building
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
