• Lead the Soft Max project and manage the team of system coordinators and system administrators.
• Attend meetings with scientists across the lab space and translate deliverables into actions for the business.
• Manage validation support, technical writing, dashboards, data integrity, compliance, and audit trail reviews.
• Coordinate the company’s systems and report project timelines across IT labs space.
• Support cross-functional communication and ensure timely project deliverables; adapt to a fast-paced environment as a self-starter and highly resourceful contributor.

• 5+ years working in Data Entry.
• Previous management experience within a healthcare, education, software or engineering space.
• Experience leading system upgrades.
• Familiarity with business analyst tools Microsoft and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Good communication and self-adapter.
