This individual will be expected to provide expertise and hands-on participation in the following activities:

Work with end users and/or review/analyze existing documentation or system artifacts to document business system requirements and processes.
Analyze and document current CAPAS/FIDAS business processes to identify improvements and to document the new set of business requirements going forward.

Requirements

Develop and maintain all Software and Business Analysis documentation. This includes Work flow, data flow, UI interface, non-function requirements, test plans, test cases, and use cases but not limited to the following:

Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases.
Develop or maintain training or user acceptance testing plans and Tier 1 support guides.
Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.
Develop or contribute to the development of regression tests and/or user acceptance tests.
Execute functional and system tests, including regression tests.
Participate in user acceptance testing.
Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required.

Mandatory Qualifications

60 months experience performing software, business, and data analysis for multi-year multi-phase projects: developing requirements and specifications according to standard templates; performing business process analysis; facilitating meetings with users to identify & gather software needs, business rules and complex security requirements; and test plan creation and execution.

60 months of experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities, including creating detailed test plans, executing those plans, use of defect management tools to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff.

60 months of experience testing web-based software applications that include a workflow component, including writing SQL data queries for the purposes of validating application data.

48 months experience using Client Quality Center/ALM and/or Requisite Pro, or similar.

48 months working on projects utilizing an agile framework.

48 months working with .Net development projects.

IIBA Professional Certification.

Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology related field, from an accredited institution.
