- 84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business/software application requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.
- 84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business/software application requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.
- 84 months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, process models, workflows, creating screen mock-ups, report mock-ups, and technical documents with attention to detail.
- 60 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects.
- 24 months experience supporting an enterprise Learning Management System, including system analysis, configuration, and reporting design and configuration.
- 24 months experience designing user interfaces for software applications using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent.
