Assistant Solution and Project Manager

Responsibility Pre-Sales Solution

• 1) DICT Solution Designing
  • Design DICT integration solutions for scenarios such as finance, energy, enterprises, industrial parks, and data centers, based on customer needs.
  • Output standardized solution templates and case libraries to promote solution reuse and knowledge accumulation within the MENA region.
  • Support preliminary needs assessments, technical alignment, and solution clarification for major projects.
• 2) Bid Management
  • Responsible for organizing and providing technical support for DICT project bidding within the region, including collecting and drafting the commercial section of tender documents, integrating and drafting technical solutions, compiling solution lists and cost assessments.
  • Coordinate supplier resources to promote their effective support in terms of technical solutions, cost, and delivery.
  • Establish and optimize a unified regional case library, general documents, bidding templates, and bidding processes to improve bidding efficiency and quality.
• 3) Supplier Management and Commercial
  • Assist in establishing a regional DICT supplier pool and participate in supplier evaluation, selection and negotiation.
  • Establish and accumulate a procurement list price database.
  • Identify bottlenecks and risks by supplier management to improve overall project execution efficiency.
  • Establish supplier management compliance and supervision mechanisms and conduct regular audits of purchase orders.

• Education Background:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Communications, Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of pre-sales support experience in the DICT industry, with experience supporting large‑scale integration projects.
  • Overseas project experience or experience in multinational team collaboration is preferred.
• Professional
  
  Skills:
  • Familiar with DICT system integration solutions (e.g., network, server, storage, security, data center, cloud computing, and other low‑voltage fields), with independent solution design capabilities.
  • Familiar with bidding processes, with actual bidding project experience, and able to independently complete technical bid writing.
  • Possess supplier management experience, able to effectively coordinate resources from multiple parties in projects.
• Comprehensive Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and cross‑cultural collaboration skills, able to efficiently connect with clients and internal teams.
  • Good capability and skills be able to maintain high efficiency while multitasking.
  • Strong document writing and presentation skills, proficient in using tools such as PPT, Visio, Word, and Excel.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to use them as working languages for technical communication and document writing.
• Certifications:
  • Own intermediate or high level certifications such as data communication networks, cloud and data centers, and project management.

• This is a regional support role, requiring short‑term business trips in MENA region.
• Candidates should possess strong self‑motivation and teamwork skills and be able to work efficiently in multicultural environments.
