A System Integration Engineer for Salesforce platform is responsible for translating business needs/strategies and capability requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce platform solutions across multiple agencies. This role defines end‑to‑end solution architecture, ensures alignment with the CoE (Center of Excellence) guardrails, and provides technical leadership to solution teams delivering case management, citizen engagement, and AI analytics capabilities.

• Defines full architecture blueprint including business processes, integration, data, security, and components.
• Design multi‑cloud Salesforce solutions that align with business strategies and agency needs by leveraging Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Data Cloud, Mule Soft, Agentforce, and Tableau.
• Define system boundaries, guardrails, data models, integration and environment strategy.
• Extend Public Sector Salesforce solution and data models for specific needs of agencies.
• Design for multi‑agency reuse, i.e., reusable intake and engagement solution patterns (portals and omni‑channels).
• Ensure agency use cases fit into standardized Salesforce accelerators instead of creating custom silos.
• Architect data flows and cross‑agency analytics.

• 2 or more years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer.
• More than 7 years of experience working on complex projects.
• More than 7 years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in using Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM.

• 2 years’ experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and Mule Soft.
• 2 years’ experience designing large multi‑org or multi‑tenant Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• 1 year experience in Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security.
• 1 year’s experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
