Responsibilities:- Provide requirements to other Business Analysts for Data Solution Delivery Team, acting as a layer above typical Business Analyst roles.
- Deal with Data analysis, testing, and data flow.
- Require a fair amount of SQL skills.
- Maintain excellent communication skills.
- Possess business knowledge of Standard and Poors and their applications (advantageous).
- Map and document Data Points between legacy and new systems.
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed project briefs.
- Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability.
- Conduct requirements analysis and prepare user stories for enhancements.
- Understand and apply the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Plan and work flexibly to deadlines.
- Support users on change control and system updates.
- Grasp concepts and think creatively.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Show team leadership capabilities.
- Make informed decisions on complex business and technical issues.
- Work independently.
