Software Architect; ETL, Oracle Data Integrator, XML, Oracle 11g, Criminal Justice processing

This individual will be expected to participate in the following activities:

• Manages ETL solutions for medium to large scale data warehouse projects.
• IT experience in ETL application analysis, design, development and implementation, including: data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, data reporting solutions, database, and technical and user documentation.
• Act as the primary ETL technical liaison working with technical infrastructure teams to resolve problems and implement solutions to technical issues impacting application performance.
• Work with the Infrastructure team to execute activities such as performance test planning and execution failure failover planning and execution, endurance testing and deployment planning and testing.
• Perform oversight of development activities which may include data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, preparing logical database models, testing and implementation.
• Prepare, and/or review technical documentation such as designs, schemas, etc, as appropriate.
• Provide technical guidance to team of developers.

Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.

Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

• 84 months experience writing technical specifications including ETL source to target mapping documents, use cases, software architecture documents, ETL design documents and implementation documents.
• 84 months experience using ETL tools, like Oracle Data Integrator to migrate data from various sources and targets including databases, flat files, and XML files.
• 84 months experience using Oracle Data Integrator 11g or later.
• 84 months experience working with Oracle 11g or later.
• 72 months experience in design, development and implementation of business intelligence architectures with experience in analysis, problem solving, technical writing, presenting and communicating with stakeholders.
• 36 months experience developing, implementing and integrating systems related to Criminal Justice processing at the state or federal level using Criminal Justice terminology and nomenclatures.
