IT Specialist; system design and implementation, testing builds, Agate IntelliGrants core

Responsibilities

• Engage in requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, support conceptual and detailed design efforts, and facilitate business process conversion in support of transitioning the Grants Gateway into SFS
• Test builds of the SFS Grants Management functionality
• Ensure a smooth transition for all users (vendors and state agency) of the Grants Gateway into the SFS for Grants Management by developing user manuals/training materials, assisting agency users with conversion efforts, and assisting all users with the transition

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

Expert 84+ Months:
Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

• 84 months experience in performing requirements gathering and business analysis, producing written documentation of requirements; system design and implementation.
• 60 months experience testing builds of a statewide enterprise IT project, including defect reporting.
• 48 months experience as a government employee or public/private consultant with detailed involvement in the area of government grantmaking.
• 24 months experience testing and implementing a configuration of Agate Intelli Grants core.
