Recruiter, Strategic Accounts Overview

Speridian Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Recruiter to join our team, focusing on strategic accounts within the public sector. This role is based in Albany, NY, and is integral to sourcing and recruiting top talent for our most critical positions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality and a deep understanding of public sector requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for strategic accounts.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and qualifications.
  • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication and transparency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on strategic accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of public sector recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them to job requirements.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
