Responsibilities
  • Care manager associate will support Case manager's team, complete monthly calls and assist with service coordination.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a clinical or social services setting.
  • Microsoft Office use, such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, One Note, Word, PDF, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual
  • 2–3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, case management support, or administrative roles in a may be accepted.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $18.50 - $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
