Position:
Patient Advocate Specialist. The Patient Advocate Specialist will provide education to hospital patients on unique health insurance options to best suit their healthcare needs. Qualified candidates will have a "can-do" attitude, be an empathetic communicator and possess a strong passion to help others.

• Provide education to hospital patients on health insurance options to best suit their healthcare needs.

• Monday – Friday
• Days, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Performance bonus incentive

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prefer 3–5 years of patient-facing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Knowledge or experience with Medicaid, Medicaid enrollment, health insurance eligibility/enrollment, health benefit plans, or related experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

• Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
