Utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports and develop educational materials. Incorporates basic knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices and processes to ensure quality, confidentiality and safety are prioritized. Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes and procedures and ability to readily acquire new knowledge.
Data Management & AnalysisResearches and compiles information to support ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives. Synthesizes and analyzes data and provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends and recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy and supporting leadership decision making. Leverages program and operational data and measurements to define and demonstrate progress, ROI and impacts.
Functional RolePAR I Entry level position. Minimum one (1) year customer service experience. Patient Access experience preferred.
Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA required within one (1) year of hire.
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)- Medical terminology required and knowledge of diagnostic and procedural coding
- Insurance verification with the ability to explain benefits, secure necessary authorizations
Pay range: $17.25-$22.54. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
