, the trusted authority in cardiovascular health in the Capital Region, is actively seeking for a Full-Time Patient Registrar to join our dynamic team. • The Patient Registrar is responsible for the day-to-day processes of handling new and existing patients, such as checking in/out of patients, verifying demographics and insurance information, collecting co-pays, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality when dealing with the patient population.
• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Prior Medical Office experience is preferred
• Experience with Medical software and terminology is a plus

• $18.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience.
