Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a direct support professional to help promote independence and self-esteem to persons with disabilities in a Dayhab program site and community based setting.
SummaryOur Day Services program provides individuals the opportunity to participate in a variety of group activities throughout the day at a site or in the community.
Successful Candidates Will Have- The ability to interact with our individuals in a positive and encouraging way.
- A professional manner, patience, empathy and possess a strong desire to help others.
- An interest in taking an active role in by introducing individuals to community based and site-based activities that inspire growth.
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:00PM
- A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.
- Daily access to a vehicle.
- Ability to pass SCIP/CPR
- Ability to Lift 50 lbs
