Position: Patient Services Coordinator (Albany, NY)

Patient Services Coordinator (Albany, NY) - Audibel

Join a team dedicated to excellence in hearing healthcare through our Patient Journey philosophy. The Patient Care Coordinator (PSC) is the face of the clinic and guides patients toward better hearing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional front office experience, greet patients, and manage the clinic schedule.
  • Check patients in and out of patient management software, track orders/sales, and maintain reports.
  • Utilize an elevated customer service approach and communication style.
  • Direct and answer calls in a timely, professional fashion.
  • Strategically manage patient schedule on behalf of Clinic Team.
  • Understand, support and track current marketing initiatives for the clinic.
  • Organize the office, maintain supplies, and ensure accurate patient files.
  • Protect patient privacy, collect insurance information, and complete insurance authorization.
  • Maintain day-to-day operational procedures.
  • Lead morning team meeting on behalf of the Clinic Team at the start of each day.
  • Make deposits and maintain the cashbox; reconcile deposits daily and report weekly.
  • Support Northland Employee Corporate and/or Department guidelines; check and verify quality; react to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma preferred or equivalent work history.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, medical reception, or retail position preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Industry familiarity encouraged.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with complete discretion.

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. Factors may affect starting pay within this range, including geography/market, skills, education, and experience.
