Schedule:
Full-time;
In-Office;
Monday–Friday
Compensation: $160k – $200k annually DOE

Role OverviewWe are seeking a confident and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) with recent experience in interventional pain management. This position involves both clinic-based patient care and support with interventional procedures, as well as periodic travel to satellite offices.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments, follow-ups, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage medication regimens, including controlled substances within scope
- Assist with procedures such as shockwave therapy, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, and PRP therapy
- Review and interpret imaging (MRI, X-ray) in collaboration with supervising physician
- Document thoroughly in EMR (Advanced
MD preferred) - Compassionately educate patients on pain management and regenerative treatment options
- Active California PA license and NCCPA certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent pain management clinic experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge of interventional pain procedures required
- Familiarity with regenerative medicine (PRP, stem cell) preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Advanced
MD a plus) - Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
- Ability to work both independently and under physician supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience with personal injury or workers’ comp cases preferred
