If you are looking for hands‑on patient care experience, this is the job for you! 5BF is looking for FT 3 – 12hr Days working rotating weekdays, weekends and holidays. NO SET SCHEDULES.

Variety of shifts
- Perform a variety of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
- Take vitals and complete patient care documentation.
- Manage supplies.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to do heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for long hours.
- Completion of a 1‑week SPHP PCT training program and unit‑specific competencies.
$17.25 - $25.00. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary within the stated range based on location.
