Excite Health Partners Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a position in Albany, New York.

Certification Requirement: ARRT (CT) certification required upon submission.

The CT Technologist performs technical procedures under the direction of the Medical Director, Section Head, Clinical Specialist, Manager, and Radiologist. Responsibilities include creating diagnostic images, assisting in clinical evaluation and patient care in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center. The Technologist supports teaching and continuous learning, performs CT exams on outpatients, inpatients (including those in intensive care), research patients, and patients requiring CT-guided procedures.

Radiation safety measures in accordance with New York State Department of Health code part 16 are enforced.

• Education: Graduate of an approved two-year AMA Radiologic Technology School and high school diploma.
• Licensure & Certification: New York State Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or limited permit; registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; current BLS for Healthcare Providers, CPR, or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
• Experience: Entry level or limited experience; skill set and experience determine MIT level.
• Skills & Knowledge: Refer to detailed requirements.

Full-time night shifts (either four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts).

Job . Pay is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours/week, with tax-free stipend to be determined.
